Hello my name is Scotty, I'm the Head Kitchen Chef And General Manager of Smokey Cowboys LLC. I have 5 years experience in a pork processing plant under USDA inspectors. I have learned a lot of my cooking from old southern family recipes passed down generation after generation.. these same recipes my mother taught me are the ones that inspire me in my traditional southern home-style cooking that incorporates itself within my duty's as head chief.
