Hello my name is Christopher, I am the Owner, Founder and Pitmaster Of Smokey Cowboys LLC.

Smokey Cowboy's is my dream to bring people together to enjoy traditional southern style BBQ that is made with passion and stems from my own love for BBQ.   To me BBQ is an art that has to be molded and cared for like a child so that my end product is the best that I can provide for the customer, enthusiast and other lovers of that unique flavor we know as BBQ.

We take pride in every little detail to how our BBQ is cooked.  Unlike our competitors who use electric, gas, and or pellet smokers, Our Meat is cooked on a traditional offset stick burner.  This means that we use the best hardwoods and fruit woods that are local to central Florida. 

The style of smoking meat with natural wood is a process that takes a lot more time, energy, and care to ensure that the cooker is always at optimum temperatures and smoke output.

With all that in mind we are able to produce a quality meat that can't be matched by our competitors in flavor or tenderness.

How We Cook BBQ

  • Smokey Cowboy's is currently a mobile BBQ kitchen that sets up at preset locations, but we also vendor and cater to events.  Our specialty is pork ribs, pulled pork shoulder, and chicken but we do offer other things upon request, as a daily special, or seasonally, such as venison, gator, sausages, pork roast, and more. 

  • Sides consist of southern style potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans w/bacon.

  • Drinks are provided including fresh lemonade.

  • Catering to an event we can provide most anything you would like with the exception of seasonal meats if they are not in season (Ex: gator & venison).
